Key Responsibilities - Financial Service Representative

• Responsible for processing routine producer/agent/broker applications, registrations, contracting, appointment renewals and cancellations, and/or maintenance requests, while adhering to state, federal, and internal compliance regulations.
• Help to support team success with daily team meetings and a strong cooperation
• You will have variety in your day – working both individually and collaborating with a team

Required Skills and Knowledge- Financial Service Representative

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software.
• Ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilizes technology to enhance conversations with customers.

Education and Experience - Financial Service Representative

• High school Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations.
• Experience using OneNote (and all Microsoft applications) 

Benefits and Pay - Financial Service Representative

• $17.00 an hour M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Fully remote
• Benefits including: Health insurance, life insurance and a dental reimbursement
