Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative

As an Order Management Specialist, you will work directly with our business customers (including well-known retailers, service centers, and more!) and play a key role in both our company and our customers’ success.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries regarding products
• Order / data entry
• Assisting with the forecasting and replenishment of supply
• Providing information on shipment locations
• Training new associates (upon experience)
• Ensuring orders are entered in a timely fashion to avoid shipping delays

Required Skills and Knowledge- Customer Service Representative

• Working knowledge with MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.)
• Team-player who is self-motivated and excels working with minimal supervision
• Problem-solver who takes a practical, common-sense approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills while working in fast-paced call center setting
• Customer service skills 

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative

• High school diploma required
• Customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Representative

• Monday through Friday
  • Primary shift is 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Required to work 1 week of 11 AM to 7 PM per month on a rotational basis
