The Manufacturing Associate plays a key role in making sure all produced tires are meeting the company standard. The schedule for this position is as follows: Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am (Applicants must be able to work either shift)

Required Skills and Knowledge- Manufacturing Associate

• Visually inspecting tires for any anomalies (i.e. tears, bubbles, etc.) that would make the tire unsafe for driving
• Marking anomalies to communicate where the tire should be sent
• Adhering to all safety policies – safety is #1!
• You will go through a thorough training process to ensure you have all of the tools necessary to be successful!

Education and Experience - Manufacturing Associate

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 2-3 years of steady work experience

Benefits and Pay - Manufacturing Associate

• $16/hr - $19/hr 
• Health Insurance, Dental Reimbursement, and Life Insurance
