Shift details (40 hours per week):

• Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (multiple shift options available, including Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm)
• Saturday-Sunday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (rotating with team)

Training will take place at the location near the airport, and then you will transition to the Hilliard, Ohio location.

Key Responsibilities - Full-Time Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist your day will include:

• Ensuring proper dispensing of medications to the right patient, dose, and route of administration
• Performing drug utilization reviews on all medications dispensed
• Providing patient care services to enhance patient experience including but not limited to immunizations, patient consultations, medication therapy management, and resolving patient conflicts
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
• Overseeing pharmacy interns, technicians, and other individuals involved in the daily operation of the pharmacy
• Assisting in managing inventory including controlled substances, storage, record keeping, and handling of recalled and expired medications
• Adhering to applicable state and federal pharmacy practice rules, regulations, and procedures
• Performing other administrative tasks when needed
• Other duties necessary to improve patient care and increase efficiency

Required Skills and Knowledge- Full-Time Pharmacist

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
• Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotations)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about helping patients and improving healthcare

Education and Experience - Full-Time Pharmacist

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree or doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Must be in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Active immunization and CPR certifications (preferred)
• Willingness to obtain additional licensures and certifications when asked
