We are currently seeking applicants for a C-Clamp Technician at our Fortune 500 client in Danville, VA!

Key Responsibilities - Technical Manufacturing Associate

The qualified candidate will be working in a team oriented, manufacturing environment, where they will be responsible for completing various tasks to ensure product quality meets all required standards.  These tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

• Measure tire gauges in critical to quality areas
• Utilize a computer to enter data
• Complete and maintain quality documents
• Maintain a clean work area through good housekeeping practices
• Escalate atypical results to engineering staff.
• Handle tires that exceed 150 pounds in weight

Required Skills and Knowledge- Technical Manufacturing Associate

• Basic computer software proficiency
• Ability to handle tires exceeding 150 pounds
• Lift assistance equipment is available in the job area, but manual manipulation of tires (rolling, turning, flipping, etc) may be required at times.
• Strong communication skills

Education and Experience - Technical Manufacturing Associate

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required

• $16.50/hr
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 8 hours shifts / 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm
