HVAC Senior Maintenance Technician

InnoSource is seeking Senior Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technicians! In this role you will diagnose and repair heating and cooling units and maintain the day-to-day operational needs of an industrial building. This position locates and identifies problems in commercial building systems and creates a plan to execute necessary repairs. HVAC units range from chillers to larger split systems and mini splits.

Key Responsibilities - HVAC Senior Maintenance Technician

• Perform monthly inspections of commercial facilities
• Perform repairs as needed for the upkeep and maintenance of these facilities
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on AC systems including package, split, and chilled water systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and control systems
• Participate in ongoing training to meet minimum job requirements and as new equipment or processes are developed
• Use facilities management software, Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook to track work

Required Skills and Knowledge- HVAC Senior Maintenance Technician

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing and control systems
• Completion of an apprenticeship / trade school OR have at least five (5) years of commercial experience in HVAC repair and maintenance
• North Carolina HVAC license, preferred
• Be familiar with the procedures for performing hot work on energized electrical panels including: OSHA safeguards and protective equipment
• Have strong written, verbal and customer service skills
• Be familiar with facilities management software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience - HVAC Senior Maintenance Technician

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
• EPA Type III certification, required
• A minimum of three (3) years' of relevant experience, required

Benefits and Pay - HVAC Senior Maintenance Technician

• Up to $37/hr. Dependent on experience / up to hiring manager's discretion
• Weekly pay
• Monday through Friday schedule: 7am - 3pm
