Please note that this position is NOT remote, you will work onsite. 

Key Responsibilities - Office Administrator

You will be the first experience visitors have at the office. Creating a welcoming environment for visitors, employees and clients. This role will involve data entry and administrative support. Common tasks include:

  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining office organization
  • Managing outlook calendars for conference rooms
  • Order, receive and stock office supplies 
  • Act as administrator for the security system (checking guests in and out, etc.)
  • Projects that come up

Required Skills and Knowledge- Office Administrator

  • Excellent customer service 
  • High level of resourcefulness
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills

Education and Experience - Office Administrator

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5-10 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully managing internal business relationships is ideal but other customer service or administrative experience is accepted
