Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Account Manager

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll become a trusted partner to our clients and their teams. Your day-to-day will include:

• Problem Solver: Manage and navigate HR processes, ensuring compliance while resolving challenges with creativity and empathy.
• Relationship Builder: Forge strong, lasting connections with key client contacts to deliver top-notch service and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Onboarding Champion: Oversee the onboarding process, making sure every new hire feels welcomed and set up for success from day one.
• Advocate & Liaison: Serve as the bridge between InnoSource and our clients, advocating for our associates and ensuring their needs are met.
• Trusted Advisor: Handle associate relations with care, offering guidance on everything from coaching to career development.
• Growth Driver: Stay ahead of the curve by proactively identifying ways to enhance our services in an ever-changing environment.
• Talent Scout: Play a key role in our recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and identifying top talent as needed
• On the Move: With 60% travel to client locations, you’ll enjoy the variety and excitement of working in different environments.
