This is a temporary assignment, approximately 12 months in duration, to assist with the completion of a job description consolidation project.

Key Responsibilities - HR Coordinator

• You will collect and upload current job descriptions into ChatGPT Plus to consolidate multiple job descriptions into one job description.
• The consolidated job description will then need to be downloaded from ChatGPT Plus in HTML format and stored in an excel spreadsheet.
• Current job descriptions will be in various formats (mostly Excel, Word of PDF format), in some cases retyping of job descriptions may be needed.

Required Skills and Knowledge- HR Coordinator

• High-level organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel experience

Education and Experience - HR Coordinator

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Human Resource experience desired
• Data, analytics and compensation experience desired
• ChatGPT Plus experience desired
