Shift details (40 hours per week):

• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Training will take place at the location near the airport, and then you will transition to the Hilliard, Ohio location.

Key Responsibilities - Full-Time Pharmacist

Role Overview: As a Pharmacist at Gifthealth, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care through innovative solutions. This is not a customer-facing position, but your work will have a profound impact on patients' lives. You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team dedicated to addressing real-world healthcare challenges.

As a Gifthealth Pharmacist you will:

• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications, verifying patient details, dosages, and routes of administration.
• Conduct thorough drug utilization reviews for all dispensed medications.
• Provide essential patient care services, including immunizations, consultations, medication therapy management, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy interns, technicians, and other team members.
• Manage inventory, including controlled substances, record-keeping, and handling recalled and expired medications.
• Comply with state and federal pharmacy practice regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support pharmacy operations.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Full-Time Pharmacist

Education and Experience - Full-Time Pharmacist

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Active immunization and CPR certifications (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain additional licensures and certifications as needed.
