Key Responsibilities - Accounts Payable Processor

• Running reports via Excel
• Writing SOP’s
• Accounting responsibilities 
• Process invoices

Required Skills and Knowledge- Accounts Payable Processor

• Detail-oriented in daily work
• Good communication skills (will in contact with vendors via email and phone) 
• Heavy Excel - vlookup, sorting columns, running reports and downloading
• Microsoft Word - will be helping writing SOP's (procedures) 

Education and Experience - Accounts Payable Processor

• Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting or Finance (required)
• Years of experience ranging from zero (0) to two (2) years 

Benefits and Pay - Accounts Payable Processor

• $27.00 / hour
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• Hybrid schedule, in-office and work-from-home
• Healthcare, life insurance, 50% dental reimbursement program
• Temporary position that is estimated to end around late February 2025
