Key Responsibilities - Accounts Payable Team Lead

• Effectively and efficiently manage Accounts Payable functions in order to meet the department’s objectives and customer needs.
• Research and proactively recommend tools, ideas and new technology to improve existing processes in order to meet demand.    
• Develop associates by transferring knowledge on accounts payable and intercompany operations and business needs.   

Required Skills and Knowledge- Accounts Payable Team Lead

• Ability to analyze issues and determine fixes
• Ability to problem-solve
• Must be a self-starter with attention-to-detail

Education and Experience - Accounts Payable Team Lead

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, required
• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, preferred 
• 3 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Experienced problem-solver
• Experience working in customer service-oriented environment
• Experience working in a high-paced, high-stress environment

Benefits and Pay - Accounts Payable Team Lead

• $33 to $37 an hour
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Hybrid schedule, in-office and work-from-home
• Healthcare, life insurance, 50% dental reimbursement program
• Temporary position that is estimated to end around late February 2025
