Are you an experienced Accounting professional looking for a new opportunity in a beautiful corporate environment? Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a highly qualified individual to join the team.

Key Responsibilities - Payroll Senior Accountant

• Reconciling all payroll accounts such as payroll wages, taxes, overpayments, and garnishments
• Analyzing and reporting to Management payroll cash forecasting and monthly results
• Reconciling payroll tax funding, deferred compensation funding, and pay card funding
• Various accounting responsibilities include financial analysis, month end closing activities, internal and external reporting

Required Skills and Knowledge- Payroll Senior Accountant

• Demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products, SAP.
• Interpersonal skills that establish & maintain excellent relationships & credibility quickly.
• Ability to support accounting/finance decisions with logical evidence & persuasively present position.
• Familiarity with internal controls in compliance with SOX.
• Good presentation & communication skills, both verbal & written.

Education and Experience - Payroll Senior Accountant

• 2 years of accounting, auditing &/or financial analysis experience (preferably in a large corporate or manufacturing organization or public accounting firm)
• SAP experience 

Benefits and Pay - Payroll Senior Accountant

• Approximately $30 an hour
  • Up to hiring manager's discretion, based upon experience
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• Hybrid schedule, in-office and work-from-home
• Healthcare, life insurance, 50% dental reimbursement program
• Temporary osition that is estimated to end around late February 2025
