What We Do: ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in vehicles.  We service hundreds of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the manufacturer had intended. 

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering Expertise: Provide clear, knowledgeable advice on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to customers over the phone using state-of-the-art tools.
  • Problem Solving in Action: Use your skills to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately, often on the first call.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and software developers to constantly improve our products and services.
  • Training & Support: Help customers and colleagues alike by offering technical guidance and training when needed.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Customer Service Representative

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to quickly assess problems and find creative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain solutions to customers

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in customer service (from any industry—your unique experience is valued!)
