Your internal agency team relies on you to understand the work and develop smart plans that set them up for success. In addition to serving as the owner of the project workflow and an advocate for quality, you also establish strong cross-functional relationships with production teams to drive execution across all tactic types. 

 

Key Responsibilities - Marketing Project Manager

What you’ll be doing 

As a project manager, you’ll: 

  • Act as the project hub – connecting the dots, finding answers and keeping the team in the loop 
  • Own the day-to-day, but always have your eyes down the road – anticipating issues and addressing them early 
  • Strive to approach every project challenge with a positive, solutions-based approach 
  • Develop a deep process understanding while always being ready with a ‘do what it takes’ spirit when needed to smartly drive projects across the finish line 

 

As a business partner, you’ll:  

  • Work closely and build trust with creative and strategy partners to create smart paths to great work 
  • Understand team resourcing in a creative environment – both from a capacity and talent-to-task perspective 
  • Look for opportunities to improve the process and create efficiencies for the team and the marketing partners 

 

As a quality champion, you’ll:  

  • Build and execute smart project plans in order to ensure quality results 
  • Ensure that the creative and production teams have the information and time they need to deliver great work 
  • Strive to eradicate confusion and ambiguity at every step, always understanding the ask and communicating it with intention 

 

Education and Experience - Marketing Project Manager

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field.  
  • 7+ years of project management, marketing/brand and creative process experience in either an internal corporate agency or an advertising/marketing agency at a Senior Project Manager or Planner-level equivalent 
  • Experience working with both a dedicated creative team and a creative production studio, and an understanding of the specific communication and management skills that those relationships require 

Benefits and Pay - Marketing Project Manager

Pay: $39.75/hour

Hours: 8-5 M-F
