InnoSource is seeking applicants to join as a Hookline Quality Control Worker at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Fayetteville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Schedule:  2-2-3. 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Applicants must be able to work either shift)

Key Responsibilities - Quality Control Associate

• A quality control position - super important!
• Inspect tires to ensure no defects
• Fixing jams if the machinery jams up

Required Skills and Knowledge- Quality Control Associate

• Previous manufacturing experience, quality control experience
• Must be able to lift tires (approx. 65 pounds)
• Must have 20/20 vision (with or without contacts / glasses)

Education and Experience - Quality Control Associate

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a steady work history
• Must be detail-oriented

Benefits and Pay - Quality Control Associate

• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• Will train on days from 7 AM – 3 PM for the first couple weeks
• $16 / hour pay rate, OT is time-and-a-half at $24 / hour
