Key Responsibilities - Machine Operator

• Programming machinery
• Ensuring that product consistently meets quality expectations (95% or higher pass rate)
• Housekeeping of equipment
• Dispositioning tires correctly
• Evaluating check tires to high quality standards
• Making adjustment to machinery, as needed

Required Skills and Knowledge- Machine Operator

• Manufacturing / production knowledge
• Machiner operating knowledge

Education and Experience - Machine Operator

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent, required 
• Previous machine operating experience, HIGHLY preferred 

Benefits and Pay - Machine Operator

• Starting pay at $16.50 / hour
• A rotating 2-2-3 schedule
  • 12-hour shifts - either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM
• We offer health insurance, life insurance, and a 50% dental reimbursement program
  • 401k eligibililty after 1 year of employment
