Actively seeking a full-time Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair heating and cooling units and maintain the day-to-day operational needs of an industrial building.

Key Responsibilities - HVAC Maintenance Technician

• Maintain commercial buildings, which includes repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial buildings and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Required Skills and Knowledge- HVAC Maintenance Technician

• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance of HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical information clearly
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor

Education and Experience - HVAC Maintenance Technician

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a commercial setting, required
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning and mechanical systems
• Prior experience in field service and building maintenance repairs

Benefits and Pay - HVAC Maintenance Technician

• Up to $29 / hour starting pay, dependent on experience / up to hiring manager's discretion
  • Weekly pay
• Monday through Friday schedule: 7am - 3pm.

  • Eligibility for our 401k retirement plan after one (1) year of employment
