IT Hardware Support Technician

• Track and maintain support tickets for Hardware /Communications from assignment to resolution 

• Provide second level support for hardware (printer, server, thinclient, monitor, keyboard, mouse, Ingenico POS terminal) devices 

• Create and maintain SageNet tickets for network and Wi-Fi issues 

• Provide training and assistance for first level support agents 

• Create and update documentation and Common Problems for changes in Hardware and Communication issues or devices 

• Cloud Storage familiarity 

• 3G & 4G Modems 

• Network troubleshooting (routing, switching, security, wireless)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 

• Strong customer service skills. 

• Ability to build confidence and maintain relationships. 

Education and Experience - IT Hardware Support Technician

• Associates Degree – Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science 

• Certifications –Networking a plus 

• Working knowledge of current Microsoft Office Suite 

• Required Shift 8-4:30PM EST (Monday- Friday)
