InnoSource (an agency that provides contract employees) is hiring now in Columbus, OH for Customer Service Representatives. You must have at least 1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years!

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advocate

Are you a good fit?

  • Our Customer Service must be able to quickly analyze customer inquiries and help resolve issues and requests.
  • This is a call center position focused on sales and customer service. We support you with training and reward your hard work.  We are looking for long-term associates. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your ability with the potential to be considered for future employment directly with our client.

Education and Experience - Customer Service Advocate

  • You should have a stable work history, be a high school graduate or have your GED, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Utility business requires occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages.
  • Must have at least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years. 

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Advocate

  • Starts at $16.00/hour with future opportunities for advancement and growth.
  • Generous benefits – Health and life insurance, dental reimbursement.
  • A few weeks of paid virtual training 9 a.m.-6 p.m. focused on the sales aspect of the role.
  • Schedule after training requires open availability Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm).
  • Office closed on Sundays.
