InnoSource is seeking applicants to join as a Maintenance Area Manager at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Fayetteville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities - Maintenance Area Manager

• Manage hourly skilled associates
• Manage day-to-day operations which includes breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and various projects
• Provide maintenance knowledge and specialized experience to diagnose and develop solutions to equipment breakdowns in order to reduce on-call demand on limited Engineer assets
• Assist with obtaining necessary parts
• Manage labor and maintenance costs to ensure budgetary guidelines and goals are achieved

Required Skills and Knowledge- Maintenance Area Manager

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift, continuous operation
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Ability to meet maintenance and cost goals
• Ability to hold associates/team members accountable

Education and Experience - Maintenance Area Manager

• One to three (1-3) years of experience in maintenance / production manufacturing process and equipment
• Prior work with training / organizational development or in another function desired
• Knowledge of Production / Maintenance team structure, operations, and requirements
• Knowledge of basic HR / training functions
• Familiarization with budget development / management
• Demonstrated excellence in establishing / maintaining communications and interpersonal relationships

Benefits and Pay - Maintenance Area Manager

• Open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, required
• Will train on days from 7 AM – 3 PM, Monday through Friday, for the first couple weeks
• 12-hour shifts once training is complete, either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM
  • On a 2-2-3 schedule
• $34 / hour starting pay
  • Weekly pay
  • Eligible for pay increases dependent on job performance, attendance, etc.
