Key Responsibilities - Order Processor

As an Order Processor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, delivering attentive and timely support. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Respond and Resolve: Be the go-to for customer inquiries on products, orders, and shipments— bringing your professionalism and problem-solving skills to each interaction.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work with internal teams (Sales, Freight, Plant, Order Management) to resolve issues and make every customer feel valued.
  • Own the Process: Take initiative by ensuring order accuracy, completing thorough reviews, and following up with customers proactively, while using tools like Oracle and QuickBooks to streamline order processing.
  • Advocate for Improvement: Identify and share process improvement ideas, collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Be the Voice of Calm: Handle concerns with empathy and patience, effectively diffusing challenging situations and building trust with customers while ensuring the smooth flow of order processing.

Education and Experience - Order Processor

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in order processing or customer service.
  • Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
