Key Responsibilities - Dispatcher 1st Shift - NW Arkansas

Your responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect a customer with immediate support.

1^st Shift Hours: Work 8 hour shifts between 3:00 AM CST – 7:00 PM CST 5 days per-week. Must be open to working anyday of the the week. Your schedule with starting times will be given to you in advance.

Training Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM CST-4:30PM CST for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will be have a more permanent work schedule. 

Required Skills and Knowledge- Dispatcher 1st Shift - NW Arkansas

You must have the equipment listed below

• A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer. No Mac or Chromebooks. 
  • Must have at least 12GB of RAM storage
• A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor)
• An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop
• A Webcam
• A Headset with a Microphone
• A Computer Mouse 

Education and Experience - Dispatcher 1st Shift - NW Arkansas

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
