Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Account Manager

What You’ll Do as a Human Resources Account Manager

In this role, you’ll be the go-to HR expert, ensuring our clients and associates receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the new hire onboarding process with precision and compliance.
  • Serving as a trusted liaison between InnoSource, our clients, and our associates.
  • Addressing associate relations issues, including coaching, warnings, and terminations.
  • Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with client personnel.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and adapting to evolving client needs.
  • Supporting recruiting efforts, from resume reviews to conducting interviews.
  • Traveling to client locations (approximately 60% of the time) to strengthen connections.
