Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7am -3pm

Key Responsibilities - HVAC Technician

- Maintain commercial buildings, which includes repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on commercial buildings and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Required Skills and Knowledge- HVAC Technician

- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance of HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical information clearly
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor

Education and Experience - HVAC Technician

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning and mechanical systems
- Experience in field service and building maintenance repairs

-EPA Type III Universal (Required)

• Up to $29.00/hour based upon qualifications
