Please join us for our Customer Service Representative open interview event! 

  • Wednesday February 5th from 9am-4pm EST. 
  • 2800 Pottsville Pike, Reading PA 19612 
  • Interviews will take place at the Met-Ed/FirstEnergy Reading Building. Enter at the front of the building near the flagpole. 
  • You MUST have an ID to enter. 

Please arrive with a copy of your resume, photo ID, and smartphone device. Dress code is business casual. Only candidates are permitted to enter the building for the event, as there is no available space for guests/children.

InnoSource is hosting open interviews for a contract Customer Service Representative position with potential to be considered for hire with FirstEnergy! If selected for this opportunity, you will be an employee of InnoSource and will provide customer service to FirstEnergy customers.

Key Responsibilities - Open Interview Event! Customer Service Representative

After completing 10 weeks of paid training, you will begin your journey as an expert in:

  • Handling incoming calls from existing customers
  • Answering customer service-related questions
  • Resolving customer inquiries 
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting customers with billing issues
  • Taking payments and assisting customers with payment options
