This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in process management and transformation, providing a pathway for growth within the Business Transformation team. 

Key Responsibilities - Business Project Manager

  • Leading process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 
  • Developing and documenting processes and procedures to ensure consistency and clarity. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and operationalize solutions. 
  • Providing expertise, training and support to ensure successful adoption of new and/or changing processes. 
  • Continuously updating work plans and/or project plans and maintaining visibility to senior leadership. 
  • Identifying and addressing critical issues to drive business success. 
  • Fostering a collaborative environment to achieve transformation goals. 
  • Demonstrating flexibility, agility, and adaptability to manage ambiguity in assignments and meet ever-changing business needs. 

Education and Experience - Business Project Manager

  • 6 years of work experience in project management, preferably in the insurance, investment or financial services industry.
  • Managerial experience, including: facilitation, negotiation, delegation, mentoring, etc preferred.
  • Knowledge: Project management concepts and techniques; working knowledge of business terminology; business systems and data processing policies, practices and procedures.

Benefits and Pay - Business Project Manager

Pay: $40/hour

Hours: 8-5 M-F
