IT Field Configuration Tech

We are currently seeking a customer-focused IT individual in Robinson Township. You will be part of our IT team, supporting and deploying devices to internal associates all across the United States and some parts of Canada (PLEASE NOTE: No travel is required for this position).

A regular Monday-Friday schedule with daytime hours and great benefits. (Overtime is sometimes required during peak, busy times.)

Key Responsibilities - IT Field Configuration Tech

• Configuring, deploying and installing desktops, laptops, thin clients and printers that are deployed to various sites
• Computer imaging
• Support for additional requests for service
• Assisting your Team Leads with current and future projects

Required Skills and Knowledge- IT Field Configuration Tech

• Previous IT experience, preferred
• Ability to lift or move 70lbs occasionally (think of lifting / moving printers) 
• Ability to sit / stand for long periods
• Strong problem-solving skills

Education and Experience - IT Field Configuration Tech

• A minimum of one (1) year of computer experience, required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required

Benefits and Pay - IT Field Configuration Tech

• $16.50 an hour starting pay
• Monday through Friday, on-site schedule
  • 8 AM to 4 PM shift

  • 2 weeks of PTO and well as paid sick time, and paid holidays
  • Eligibility to enroll for our 401k retirement plan after one (1) year of employment with up to a 4% match
