Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Assistant

What You’ll Do

After completing our comprehensive on-site paid training program, you’ll:

• Resolve customer issues and requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner by using effective communication. 
• Achieve customer satisfaction on all customer inquiries across multiple communication channels that may include phone, Contact Us, social media inquiries, fax/letters, and DFO.
• Create miscellaneous notifications, perform account maintenance, perform appropriate process, and respond to customer inquiries accurately. 
• Strong written communication skills with ability to respond to customer inquiries with correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Provide sound internal/external customer service. 

Education and Experience - Customer Service Assistant

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle emotional conversations calmly.
• A customer-focused mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime.
