Key Responsibilities - Workflow Process Coordinator

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Collection and Input
    • Gathering Information: Collect detailed information about the processes. This includes interviewing subject matter experts and observing current workflows.
    • Data Entry: Accurately input data into relevant systems or databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly formatted.
  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
    • Define Scope and Objectives: Clearly outline what each SOP will cover and its purpose.
    • Writing Clear Instructions: Develop step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow.
    • Capture Roles and Responsibilities: Specify who is responsible for each task within the SOP.
    • Ensuring Compliance and Quality: Make sure the SOPs meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Testing and Validation
    • Testing: Partner with the Transformation team to run the SOPs in a controlled environment to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
    • Training: Coordinate training and ensure they understand and can follow the SOPs.
    • Monitoring and Support: Provide ongoing support and monitor the implementation to address any issues that arise.

Education and Experience - Workflow Process Coordinator

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • One (1) year of experience, at minimum, in a paralegal/process improvement/administration role with a strong focus on identifying and implementing process improvements within legal operations
