Key Responsibilities - Sales Support Representative

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll take ownership of your clients’ success and provide top-notch support to ensure their needs are met. You’ll:

  •  Own the Details: Manage price requests, documentation, reporting, and forecasting to ensure seamless customer transactions. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the middleman between our sellers and customers. You’ll be the go-to person for sample requests, pricing updates, and solving any issues that arise.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Research and dig deep to find the answers our customers need, using your critical thinking and communication skills to deliver solutions that drive satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams—product managers, sellers, and the customer support team—to ensure we’re always delivering the best service.
  • Manage Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external partners. Your ability to communicate and navigate complex requests will be key to success in this role.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Sales Support Representative

Education and Experience - Sales Support Representative
