Are you a dynamic trainer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves helping people succeed? Join our team as a Training Coordinator supporting our Clients’ Customer Solutions Centers through an 6-12-month contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment!

In this role, you’ll travel to multiple locations to deliver engaging onboarding and customer service training to new associates. You’ll play a key part in rolling out a best-in-class training program, making a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities - Training Coordinator

• Deliver instructor-led and blended learning programs to new associates
• Travel to assigned CSC locations to provide on-site training delivery and support
• Collaborate with the Training Manager and other Coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment and training consistency
• Monitor trainee engagement, performance, and development needs
• Provide feedback and continuous improvement input to enhance training effectiveness
• Serve as the training point-of-contact at each site during initial onboarding cohorts
• Maintain accurate training records and session documentation
• Act as a brand ambassador for InnoSource and Client throughout the assignment

Required Skills and Knowledge- Training Coordinator

• Previous experience delivering training or facilitating onboarding in a professional setting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to multiple locations with overnight stays as needed (all travel reimbursed)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with delivering training to classes of up to 25 participants
• High degree of flexibility and a team-oriented mindset
• Background in customer service, staffing, or contact center operations - preferred
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and facilitation best practices - preferred
• Experience with LMS platforms or training tracking systems - preferred
