We’re searching for a high-performance sales hunter to drive new business growth.  You’ll own the entire sales process — from prospecting to closing — selling recruiting services and AI-powered solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.

This is a quota-crushing, uncapped commission role for someone who loves the chase and thrives on closing deals!

Key Responsibilities - Senior Sales Executive

What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt for new business in targeted industries
  • Build a strong pipeline from cold prospecting to close
  • Lead impactful sales presentations & demos
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions
  • Own your number — exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business

Education and Experience - Senior Sales Executive

What You Bring:

  • 5-10+ years of B2B sales success
  • Proven quota-crusher with new business development wins
  • Strong closing skills and competitive mindset
  • Motivated, self-starter mentality
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required if you’ve got the chops)
