InnoSource is seeking applicants to join as an NPI Quality Associate at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Danivlle, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities - NPI Quality Associate

• Interpret product specifications, processes and material specifications
• Follow new products based on Engineer’s requests and schedules. This will include following and collecting data from the component, the tire build, curing and final finish process
• Analyze data and provide reports
• Troubleshooting any issues during the process
• Perform additional tasks to aide in new development projects and industrialization processes, as requested

Required Skills and Knowledge- NPI Quality Associate

• Previous experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Previous quality experience, preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills

Education and Experience - NPI Quality Associate

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent, required
• Associate degree, preferred but not required

Benefits and Pay - NPI Quality Associate

• Open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, required
• 12-hour shifts, either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM
  • On a 2-2-3 schedule
• Weekly pay
  • Eligible for pay increases dependent on job performance, attendance, etc.
• Eligibility for benefits including: healthcare, a 50% dental reimbursement program, and free $25,000 life insurance policy
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • Eligibility for our 401k retirement plan after one (1) year of employment
