Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Quality Review Specialist

What You'll Do:

As a Quality Review Specialist, you’ll be the voice of excellence in our customer service department by:

  • Reviewing and scoring recorded customer service calls to ensure accuracy, empathy, and compliance with company policies
  • Identifying performance trends across teams and offering actionable insights to leadership
  • Providing clear, constructive feedback to agents to help them grow and succeed
  • Participating in quality-focused projects that improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up to date on policy changes and maintaining expert-level understanding of service standards

Required Skills and Knowledge- Customer Service Quality Review Specialist

What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who bring a strong combination of technical skills and people skills, including:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens at once
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience - Customer Service Quality Review Specialist

What you will bring to the table:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–2 years in a customer service role
  • Prior experience in call quality review, adverse event reporting, or quality control processes
