Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of the company, helping customers with their financial needs and ensuring a positive experience. You will:

• Provide exceptional service to over 100 customers daily via phone
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and disputes with professionalism and care
• Meet and exceed performance goals in areas like call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer outcomes

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus, but not required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
