Key Responsibilities - Licensed Life & Heath Specialist

• Sell life and health insurance products to individuals, families, and small businesses
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Explain policy terms, benefits, and exclusions to clients in clear, understandable language
• Process applications, gather required documentation, and coordinate underwriting
• Maintain accurate client records and policy information in company systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular contact and service
• Identify opportunities for policy updates, additions, or renewals
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate leads
• Ensure all activities comply with state insurance regulations and company policies

Required Skills and Knowledge- Licensed Life & Heath Specialist

• Valid Ohio Life and Health Insurance License
• Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Business professional appearance and demeanor

Education and Experience - Licensed Life & Heath Specialist

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or related field

Benefits and Pay - Licensed Life & Heath Specialist

Rate: $20.50

Benefits: Medical/Dental/Life Insurance

Schedule: Monday 10AM–7PM, Tuesday–Friday 9AM–6PM
