We are currently seeking an IT-experienced individual in Harrison, PA. You will be part of the Technician Support Team.

A Monday-Friday schedule with daytime hours and great benefits.

Key Responsibilities - Data Center Configuration Tech

.                  Trouble Ticket Management: 

1.                  Configure and ship replacement devices to end users within the SLA agreement time period. 

2.                  Ensure instructions are sent with devices based on need. 

3.                  Close trouble tickets as completed. 

2.                  Request Fulfillment: 

1.                  Configure and ship new equipment to end users within the SLA agreement timeframe. 

2.                  Ensure instructions are sent with devices based on need. 

3.                  Manage requests for new users or new facilities. 

4.                  Close request tickets as completed. 

3.                  System Updates: 

1.                  Update the equipment management system. 

2.                  Ensure devices are added to the INTUNE system before shipping. 

4.                  Device Repair: 

1.                  Evaluate, repair, and clean devices (PCs, laptops, image scanners, scan guns, radios, etc.) returned from customers if possible. 

2.                  Pursue any remaining warranty on devices and coordinate with the manufacturer for any needed RMAs. 

Required Skills and Knowledge- Data Center Configuration Tech

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. 

Willingness to learn the Hardware Asset Management system (ePDSM and HAMPro). 

Education and Experience - Data Center Configuration Tech

• A minimum of one (1) year of computer experience, required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required 

Benefits and Pay - Data Center Configuration Tech

• $22 an hour starting pay
• Daytime schedule (8 AM to 5 PM)
• Monday through Friday
