Are you a leader with an eye for detail and a passion for quality? InnoSource is now hiring Super Certifier Leads to oversee tire inspection operations at a leading manufacturing facility. This leadership role is essential in guiding a team of certifiers to ensure every tire leaving the plant meets top-tier standards.

As a Super Certifier Lead, you'll supervise a quality-focused team in a high-performance, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities - Super Certifier Lead / Quality Team Leader

• Lead and support a team of Super Certifiers during shifts

• Conduct inspections on tires to identify defects or quality issues

• Ensure consistent workflow and communication between certifiers and loaders

• Help train new employees on inspection procedures and safety protocols

• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and compliance within work zones

• Perform physical tasks including rolling, lifting, and inspecting tires

Required Skills and Knowledge- Super Certifier Lead / Quality Team Leader

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Keen attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and walk/stand throughout a 12-hour shift

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Dependable, driven, and capable of maintaining team productivity

Education and Experience - Super Certifier Lead / Quality Team Leader

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in quality assurance, inspection, or leadership roles in production settings is strongly preferred

• Must be comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting

Benefits and Pay - Super Certifier Lead / Quality Team Leader

• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• $18.50 / hour starting pay rate | Weekly Pay
