Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities - Claims Analyst

What You'll Do:

As a Claims Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and reliability within medical claims processing. 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and reconciling claims daily to ensure successful and accurate receipt
• Identify and follow up on denied or inaccurate claims and assist in resolution
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Support and Client services to answer claim related questions
• Communicate issues to ensure seamless operation of daily activities

Education and Experience - Claims Analyst

What you Bring:

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare claims and related transactions
• Strong knowledge of medical and/or pharmacy billing and/or coding
• Excellent communication, problem solving and detail oriented skills.
• Experience with X12 and NCPDP transaction formats and SQL knowledge preferred
• Critical thinking and self-management skills
