Key Responsibilities - Recruiting Intern

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll support our recruiting team by:

• Assisting with job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Learning about client needs and helping match candidates to roles.
• Supporting onboarding and candidate follow-up processes.

Education and Experience - Recruiting Intern

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Interest: Passion for Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Customer service or contact center experience is a plus, but not required.
