Key Responsibilities - Temporary Pricing Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Temporary Pricing Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing pricing records and ensuring billing accuracy for our most strategic customers. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Price Management Pro: Create and maintain customer-specific pricing (CSP) records in internal systems (CADB and SAP) — ensuring smooth billing and profitability.
  • Data Accuracy Champion: Perform weekly and monthly audits to ensure data integrity between platforms.
  • Communication Hub: Generate and distribute pricing worksheets and price sheets to internal stakeholders and account managers.
  • Project Supporter: Assist with internal pricing projects, system updates, and data initiatives.
  • Trusted Team Collaborator: Partner closely with Account Managers, Product Management, and Leadership to ensure pricing is clear, consistent, and competitive.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Temporary Pricing Coordinator

Education and Experience - Temporary Pricing Coordinator

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in chemical distribution, sales support, customer support, or business operations.
  • Industry familiarity (procurement, sales, operations, or customer service) is a bonus.
