Interim Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking an Interim Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our outpatient clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative hospital environment that includes Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, and Outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities - Interim Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant

  • Deliver direct patient care in the outpatient setting.

  • Manage an average of 10 patient visits per day, each approximately 45 minutes in length.

  • Complete all documentation and billing accurately and promptly for each visit.

  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other care team members to support individualized treatment plans.

  • Utilize Agile RPM for documentation and workflow management (training will be provided).

Required Skills and Knowledge- Interim Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant

  • Active PTA License (state-specific requirement).

  • Outpatient experience preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute within a multidisciplinary team.

Education and Experience - Interim Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant

Benefits and Pay - Interim Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant

  • Starting pay rate of $60/hour.
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday, typically 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with occasional 10:00 am–6:00 pm shifts.
