Outpatient Interim Physical Therapist 

We are seeking an experienced Interim Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals across orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric populations.

Key Responsibilities - Outpatient Interim Physical Therapist 

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement Plans of Care (POC) for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric diagnoses.

  • Conduct re-assessments and provide direct treatment to support patient progress and functional recovery.

  • Maintain thorough documentation and billing for all patient visits in accordance with facility standards.

  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.

  • Key Details:

    • Average Daily Census: 8–10 patients per day

    • Systems Used: Meditech (training provided)

    • Specialty Areas: Outpatient Orthopedic, Neurology, and Geriatric Rehabilitation

Required Skills and Knowledge- Outpatient Interim Physical Therapist 

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist License (required).

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on outpatient clinical experience preferred.

  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient engagement skills.

  • Familiarity with Meditech systems (training will be provided).

Offering a competitive hourly rate of $85

Hours of Coverage: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break; one Saturday or Sunday shift per month, offset by a weekday flex day.Opportunity for advancement and growth
