Key Responsibilities - Social Media / Marketing Coordinator

As our new Coordinator, you will:

• Develop and manage social media calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging posts that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Use social media to tap into new candidate markets and promote current job openings.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Write and publish blog posts that support brand and recruitment efforts.
• Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support broader marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Collaborate with team members on promotional materials and digital storytelling.

Education and Experience - Social Media / Marketing Coordinator

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred (internships count!).
• Skills: Strong writing, creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of social media trends.
• Video Content Creation: Ability to create and edit short-form video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Tools: Proficiency with social media platforms required. Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
