Key Responsibilities - Order Management Supervisor

Your Role at a Glance:

As an Order Management Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring teams in the Order Management group. 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSRs, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee daily operations by prioritizing workloads, balancing team capacity, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and business rules.
  • Drive operational improvements focused on productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, and healthy queue management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, set team goals, manage engagement, and handle staffing decisions—including disciplinary actions when needed.

Education and Experience - Order Management Supervisor

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years managing others in a customer /order management environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience considered.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and desire to lead people and improve processes
