Key Responsibilities - Account Manager Coordinator

What You'll Do:

  • Understands and works with Managed Care solutions.
  • Monitoring  customer outreach across email, phone, live chat, and online forms.
  • Manages 10–15 customer cases at once and answers 15–40 incoming calls daily.
  • Leads conference calls 
  • Actively participates in daily team huddles and cross‑department meetings.

Education and Experience - Account Manager Coordinator

What you Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, listening, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience in managed care, reimbursement, or pharmacy settings is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, independence, team mentality, and a pleasant, patient attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport with sales teams.
  • Strong, confident, professional communication abilities (verbal and written).
  • Well-organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable to changes in the healthcare environment and open to learning.
  • Acts as a customer advocate and liaison across the organization.
  • Able to perform routine tasks using basic technical and conceptual knowledge.
  • Willing and able to troubleshoot technical problems and help improve processes.
  • Focused on enhancing customer experience and teamwork.
