Key Responsibilities - Account Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their supply chain needs.

  • Review KPI metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Organize and lead business reviews, discussing performance, opportunities, and long-term strategies.

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, developing supply chain and logistics solutions.

  • Collaborate with Carrier Solutions and internal teams to optimize load bookings, carrier selection, and cost reduction.

  • Update customer profiles, participate in RFQs, and coordinate reviews and meetings.

  • Develop and monitor long-term account plans, ensuring goals are met.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions for new opportunities.

  • Negotiate competitive pricing and service agreements based on market trends and data.

  • Ensure compliance with operational requirements, including on-time deliveries and equipment needs.

  • Oversee team performance, ensuring accurate reporting and operational follow-through.

  • Represent EASE Logistics professionally within the industry.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Account Manager

Education and Experience - Account Manager

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3–6 years of related experience in logistics, customer service, sales, or account management.

  • Transportation industry experience is a plus.

  • Additional training and certifications will be considered.
