Key Responsibilities - Business Development Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospect new business opportunities via phone, email, in-person visits, and events.

  • Add customers to the EASE portfolio whose supply chain needs match our core services.

  • Maintain constant communication with existing customers, developing long-term partnerships.

  • Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and EASE Operations teams to ensure alignment.

  • Attend on-site customer meetings, conferences, and conventions to promote EASE Logistics.

  • Manage daily operations of smaller accounts that don’t meet minimum operational thresholds.

  • Track and update customer information and sales activities in CRM system.

  • Assist Accounting with billing and accounts receivable issues when needed.

  • Be available outside of typical business hours as needed to support accounts.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Education and Experience - Business Development Manager

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Logistics and/or sales experience beneficial, but not required—we value your hustle!

  • Additional training and certifications considered on a case-by-case basis.
