The Role — Your Job Is to Create Sales Opportunities

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative (or Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative) who thrives on outbound prospecting and booking meetings. Your primary responsibility is to open doors and fill the calendars of our senior sales executives with qualified opportunities.

You will spend your day calling, emailing, and connecting with hiring leaders across industries to introduce InnoSource solutions and secure meetings.

If you enjoy competition, daily metrics, and the satisfaction of converting a cold call into a booked meeting, you will excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities - Inside Sales Representative

What You Will Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to targeted prospects
  • Execute multi-channel outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify hiring decision makers and qualify potential opportunities
  • Book qualified appointments for senior sales leaders
  • Build and maintain a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline
  • Track activity and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
  • Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategy

Performance Expectations

Successful Inside Sales Representatives typically achieve:

  • 60–100 outbound calls per day
  • 25–40 live conversations per week
  • 10–15 qualified meetings scheduled per month

Education and Experience - Inside Sales Representative

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and appointment metrics
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services is a plus
  • Experience selling into industries such as utilities, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, banking, call centers, or technology is helpful
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
